What is a holiday club?

A holiday club is a one-off event for primary-school aged children that runs over several days and includes a wide range of fun activities and gives children the opportunity to explore faith for themselves.

Do I stay with my child?

No, you can drop off your child between 9:45-10am and then collect them at 2:30pm

Who is looking after my child?

We have a team of adults and junior leaders from Belmont Church and Grace Church who will be responsible for your child while they are at holiday club. Adults are DBS checked and all leaders have been given safeguarding training.

Will you talk about God?

Yes. We want to give every child the opportunity to find out who God is and explore faith for themselves, so our holiday club includes stories from the Bible, singing songs about God and having time to think and talk about these things.

My child has additional needs, can they come? Will they be catered for?

We want to be able to provide a fun and safe environment where all children feel welcome and able to engage in our activities. If your child has additional needs we hope to be able to cater for them and help them enjoy our holiday club! Please do speak to us directly about this so that we can work out what support we can provide.

What do I need to provide for my child?

You will need to provide a packed lunch (no nuts please) for your child each day. We provide drinks and a biscuit during the morning, and all other resources and equipment for the holiday club.

Can my preschooler attend?

This holiday club is for children who are currently in primary school (reception to year 6). Unfortunately we cannot cater for a wider age range than this.
