Begin Well provides affordable antenatal classes to pregnant women and their birth partners.
The course takes place over 5 weeks, and covers topics including Giving Birth and Meeting our Baby, Changes for me and us, our Health and Wellbeing and Caring for our Baby. There is no charge for the course.
